New Brochure Distribution Guidelines Caroline County Program and Activities Guides are now distributed through Caroline County public and private schools, the Caroline County Public Library, Municipal Town Halls and business throughout the county. Although we will suspend our direct mailing service to all Caroline County households due to budget constraints, you can retain this convenience through a subscription. Subscriptions are $5 for 1 year - that is 3 brochures. You can call the office to get on the list or, if you are registering for a class, add it to the cost of your registration.
