Board Members of the Board of Elections
The Caroline County Board of Elections is made up of five Board Members appointed by the Governor for a term of four years. Three members are of the Governor's party and two members are of the principal opposition party.
The current board members are:
- James M. Bilbrough, II, President
- Suzanne Campos, Vice President
- Margaret A. Thompson, Member
- Dana Callahan, Member
- Angel Perez, Member
The Caroline County Board of Elections holds its monthly meetings on the 2nd Friday of each month at 9:30 a.m. in the Election Office.
Legal Counsel
The Board Members appoint a legal counsel to the Board every year as required by law. Our Board attorney is Walter Palmer, III.
